Safe Water Fluoride Levels Must Be Zero!

Here at Daily Health Alert we've written countless times about the dangers of fluoride over the years... it's a contentious topic, but no matter which way you look at it, in the end fluoride in our drinking water will end up being known as one of the greatest scams in history.

Sadly, it's one of those mainstream medical myths that's so fixed in our minds that all you have to say is "fluoride" and most people will still immediately think "strong, healthy teeth."

However, fluoridating our drinking water is the most widespread, government-supported, industry-hyped con of all. Its deception is destroying our health — and our children's future.

Even though the fluoride myth has been gradually unravelling over the years, the truth seems to have hit a brick wall with so-called health regulators. Fortunately, there are some experts out there who have made some very important new findings.

Dumb and dumber

Study after study has found that fluoride can lower a child's IQ. However, it's much worse than just scoring a few points down on an IQ test. Research has also shown that early fluoride exposure can actually damage a child's brain.

After taking a close look at over two dozen of these studies, researchers from both the Harvard School of Public Health and a medical university in China said that this needs to be a "high research priority."

Phillippe Grandjean, the lead researchers of a published study on those findings, says that the risk of fluoride is right up there with other brain toxins like lead and mercury.

Lead! Mercury! The fact is, there are stringent laws in place to protect children against exposure to lead and mercury and yet fluoride is treated like a benign substance.

In the US, the National Research Council advised the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) eight years ago that the maximum amount of fluoride permitted in water needed to be reduced. The levels permitted, it said, were just too toxic.

Guess what? Eight years later and the EPA is still thinking about it... and things aren't any better here in the UK where it's entirely up to the discretion of council areas whether to fluoridate drinking water or not.

France, Germany, Japan, Italy, Sweden, Portugal and many other countries don't fluoridate and Canadians and Australians have been phasing this toxic gunk out of their drinking water quickly in recent years.

These countries are absolutely right in getting rid of fluoride once and for all... because apart from damaging children's brains, sodium fluoride has also been linked to damaging sperm chemotaxis — the process by which sperm are attracted toward an egg, which plays a critical role in allowing fertilization to occur.

While diehard fluoride fans, like the Australian Dental Association, claim it causes no side effects at all, countless studies have shown that adding fluoride to drinking water has absolutely no health benefits at all and the research has shown that this archaic practice does far more harm than good! For example, the results of the largest study ever conducted on fluoridation and oral health involving 39,000 school children in 84 areas around the US, showed no statistical difference in tooth decay rates between fluoridated and non-fluoridated cities.

Recently, Dr. William Hirzy, a senior risk assessment scientist at the EPA, started to campaign against fluoridation and his message is clear: there is "no margin of safety" protecting us against fluoride... and even more important, none protecting our children.

The bottom line is, the safest water fluoride level is ZERO.

This post couldn't be written any better! Reading this post reminds me of my good old room mate! He always kept talking about this. I will forward this write-up to him. Fairly certain he will have a good read. Thanks for sharing!
